Each of us at Synchrony Australia has a moral obligation to ensure that the food we produce and serve is safe to eat. The food we serve is always prepared to the highest standards using quality food products and ingredients and at a minimum we will comply with relevant legislation and codes of practice. We have operating standards on every site. We regularly measure compliance against these standards and implement performance objectives to assure that our customers are provided food which meets safety standards. Specifically, we require that: Food is always prepared under hygienic conditions to avoid the risk of contamination Employees are trained to do their job in a hygienic and compliant manner Employees follow all company food safety policies and procedures Management supervision ensures compliance with these Standards. We will also expect similarly high standards from our suppliers and contractors.
